What data we process, and why

We only process the data you give us:

  • Pick-up orders: name, email and phone number, so we can prepare your order, tell you when it is ready and hand it over at the restaurant.
  • Table reservations: name and contact details, to manage and confirm the booking.
  • Contact form: whatever you write to us, so we can reply.
  • Job applications: the data in your CV, to assess your application.

Legal basis

Orders and reservations are processed to perform the contract; enquiries and job applications, on your consent; and keeping invoices, to comply with a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

Order and invoicing data are kept for the periods required by tax law. Everything else, for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where the law requires it or to the providers that run services for us (hosting, email), who act as data processors.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, have it erased, object to or restrict its processing, or ask for it to be ported, by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
